MAX Trading System provides an educational service only. It makes no trading recommendations, and any trades placed are entirely at your own risk, including trades based upon information contained on this website and/or provided in any MAX Trading System educational course. MAX Trading System makes no guarantee of success and is not responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise.
By using this website and/or enrolling any any training or service provided through MAX Trading System, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAX Trading System, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any service (including negligent or wrongful conduct) offered by MAX Trading System.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a MAX Trading System employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Refunds and Cancellations
Full refunds, minus a 3% processing fee, are granted anytime prior to the official starting time of the first class session.
The core information regarding the methods taught in a MAX Trading System course is presented in the first class session.
Consequently, no refunds are permitted after the starting time of the first class session of any course offered by MAX Trading System, regardless of when you purchased the course.
The official starting time for each class session is clearly stated on this website and is included in the informational email sent to each enrollee.
If you are unable to attend sessions or complete homework during the allotted Course weeks, we will discuss with you how to proceed that would suit you best. Examples are – suspending your course membership & adding you to a future one, providing recordings, grading your homework after the course has finished, providing an area in teh MAX Forum for you to submit your charts & homework, providing a recording of a previous session or something else. Our focus is that you learn to trade The MAX & homework is an essential part of that.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or credit card information.
You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We do not collect or store your Credit Card information on our site – this is what the Credit Card processing site you link to via HTTPS is for.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
We do not have access to that information.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
